CPAP Shop Online Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of the date of shipping on any unopened products that are in manufacturer SEALED packaging only. Some products come in packaging which can be opened and closed without breaking a seal. In order to protect our customers, these items can not be returned. Examples include but are not limited to, ResMed N20 and F20 masks. All accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you have the correct sizes and models of products before ordering. We can be contacted by email, where one of our experienced professionals in sleep and CPAP will reply by phone or email. We will accept returns on purchased products that have manufacturing defects. Please contact us by email to trouble-shoot the issue then, if required, an RMA# will be issued to you by email to return the product to us. Return shipping costs are not covered. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined it.

As this is medical equipment, all machines and related accessories such as CPAP, APAP, BPAP and humidifiers cannot be returned, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Machine warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer – please check with us first and provide serial number for verification.
